The Scottish/Egyptian duo celebrate the tenth season since their big breakthrough when they were hailed as among the most engaging and genre-crossing musicians. Since then, they have continued to celebrate their Arab heritage as thrillingly as they embrace their Scottish upbringing, their work bringing together folk melodies from Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria … and Scotland. Classically trained, their quartet steps effortlessly into the worlds of traditional and jazz; their performance enthrals with a virtuosity and chemistry between the players that can’t help but draw you in.
