Michael Haynes & John Green
Music for two organists and three organs played by Michael Haynes and John Green on the Abbey’s renowned Phelps organ and two matching box pipe organs by Neil Richerby of Lammermuir Pipe Organs.
Music by Gabrieli, Tomkins, Le Bègue, J.S. Bach, Handel, Mozart, Beethoven and Fauré makes up this recital by the recently appointed Director of Music Michael Haynes, and a former Director, John Green.
Enjoy some organ duos and trios with a difference…the Phelps organ will be partnered by one of the box organs, the two box organs will be heard duetting, and who knows how it will all end?!
